An appraisal by a Senior Aircraft Appraiser will accomplish the following:
• Provide a professional opinion of the present fair market value of an aircraft.
• Provide a professional opinion of the value of an aircraft to be renovated or modified.
• Provide an expert opinion of the value of an aircraft as a prudent safeguard against excessive tax assessments, capital gains and other taxes.
• Verify damage claims resulting from fire, hail, windstorms, accidents and other disasters.
• Provide the basis for decision-making in the commitment of funds for acquisition.

An appraisal by Dennis Gordon will also provide the following:
• A detailed examination of aircraft and inventory of systems.
• A careful review of aircraft documentation including log books, etc..
• A computer analysis of relevant data submitted to association headquarters.
• A review of all reports by senior appraisers.
• A sealed certificate of appraisal with detailed aircraft inventory submitted to client.
